About Royal Comprehensive College
The Royal Comprehensive College (RCC) was established in 2000, with the understanding of the unique role that secondary education plays in raising academically sound and morally principled young adults, who can then be built by tertiary institutions into leaders in different sectors of the Nigerian society. Every session, the RCC receives young adolescents, and within the space of six years transforms them into vibrant, sound, and diligent young adults with a new perspective to life.
Curriculum Overview
At RCC, we place great value on our curriculum because we believe that when it comes to learning, the process determines the product. We place great emphasis on the following:
A broad based Junior Secondary Curriculum aimed at building foundational knowledge in core knowledge areas.
Diversified Senior Secondary Curriculum with specialised courses for Arts, Commercial, and Science fields.
Extra-Curricular Pillars built on a Biblical Worldview, Practical approaches to learning, ICT, Leadership and Innovation.
Our Facilities
Academic Buildings and Residence
RCC is hosted on a serene and secure campus in the quiet town of Ayetoro, Ogun State, Nigeria. Academic Buildings include classrooms, a library, laboratories, halls and playgrounds. Residences are also kitted with solar-powered electricity, water supply and surveillance.
Accreditations
Besides being approved by the Ogun State Ministry of Education, RCC is approved by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and the National Examinations Council (NECO) to present candidates for the Senior School Certificate Examinations.
Staffing and Research
Our staff comprises of men and women with sound academic knowledge and spiritual understanding. Continuous staff training is a norm at RCC. As the research centre for the ICTI, RCC benefits first-hand from the results of constant research on best teaching practices.

Every year, RCC admits students into the following classes:
- Junior Secondary School 1 (Grade 7)
- Junior Secondary School 2 (Grade 8)
- Senior Secondary School 1 (Grade 10)
Common Entrance Examinations and Oral Interviews are conducted to select students.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
Tuition scholarships are available to candidates who score 80% and above in the July Batch of the Common Entrance Examinations.
